For me is someone named "peuwpeuw". It reminds me of starwars or something.

Why are some tags silver and some bronze?

From my understanding they are higher rank. I had knife a few of em but I dont seem to fine em in the list

From what I heard (and by that I actually mean googling your question, ya lazy bastid) you get Silver from level 20+ and gold from people level 40+.
