    Playing from different PCs

I am currently playing this game from two computers and even though I have the same account and name I don't have the same stats. Is there a way to do this?

After reading that the profile data is stored on the local drives I guess that I can just move the file manually every time I switch computers. It's just that I can't find the Player folder on in Vista. I have turned UAC off so I don't think there is a virtual store folder and there is no player folder in the COD4 folder. Any ideas?

I was able to find the folder using the advanced search option. The only problem is that I need to reset my graphics settings every time I do this.

Having a good conversation with yourself Duke?

yeah, since that data is stored locally, syncing those folders is about the only way to keep your player stats/rank on both machines. You could try just transfering the mpdata file contained within the folder, or possibly backup your config_mp.cfg file on each machine then replace it each time you do the copy over.

I will try to change just those files and see if that works.

It's worth trying to just copying the mpdata file, I'm not sure if the config files have anything to do with stats.

Just make sure you keep everything backed up...

Duke, Do your self a favor, and get a flash drive. that way you can bring it on the road, and transfer it back to the home pc when you get there!
