mouse and Keyboard layout and controls

Could someone please help me with setting up a decent layout here. I tried the default controls but i just cant get used to those. Anyone wanna post some screenshots of there controls settings. Anyway any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance

sometimes it takes a little more then an hour to get a response. :P
my layout is as follows

a-straff left
s-straff back
d-straff right
w-straff forward
q-lean left
1-swap primary weapons
2-Claymores (if available)
4-Grenade's (frag)
z- Special Grenades
v- team VoIP
t-All say
y-Team say.

Mouse1- Fire
mouse2- scope

[Mobojo]

The only change I made was to make X melee also since I kept hitting C instead of V to melee.
