How do people issue commands?

I have heard people say "WE NEED REINFORCEMENTS", "MOVE OUT" "ATTACK THE RIGHT FLANK" but it was not VOIP. HOW?

It is on your Quick chat options..

J for me, but I changed the defaults on mine.

3 options, with submenu's.
1. Commands
2. Statements
3. Responses

VOIP works better and quicker, but some people have VOIP turned off,
so Chat is the only way they can "See" your request.

I use it. Call me old school, but it gets the guys next to me to take notice as they are the ones I need to help.
