You kinda want to feel bad for em, but they are stuck with 5 year old technology in their boxes. I dont understand why Microsoft and Sony wont upgrade their platforms.
The games are only gonna get better as technology carries forward. (I hope) And to dumb down a game doesnt make sense. That alone should tell everyone that something has to be done, or they will be stuck from here on out. Developers should never have to dumb down a game.
