Something strange..

This has been happening to me for a week or two now. I finally got a screen shot of it when it happened.

Does anyone know what this is called, and how to fix it :



It doesnt always happen, and as far as I know, im not doing anything spectacular when it occurs. All I was doing when this happened was playing cod 4.

If it helps, my comp is a dual-core 2.8, 2 gigs of ram, and a evga 7600 gt ko.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

looks like a video card issue.......but I am no expert.

Are your drivers updated? Also make sure your video card isn't overheating.

As mapes said, try a new driver set. remeber that the newest drivers are not always the best depending on your card.

It might be a good idea to check temps aswell. If it has no obvious overheating that it could very well be that your card is dying.
