Forgive me if I'm asking questions that have already been covered but I'm trying to set up Mini so he can participate in the beta and I'm a bit busy.

Can I download the game on multiple PCs and play it by logging in like I can with Steam?

When can you pre-load it?

If I pre order it for him will he be able to play on the 27th or has that ship sailed?

I had another one but I can't think of it now. I have a cold and the NyQuil is kicking in.

yes u can download it on mutiple PCs.
the game is locked onto your EA/ORIGIN account.
therefore if you try to play it with another account it wont have access to it.

pre-loading the game starts anytime on the 27th around 10am

yes he will still be able to play it on the 27th, i think the offer ends this weekend.

You need to buy the game by the 25th in order to participate in the early access.

You don't preload the beta but you will be able to preloard the full game prior to its release by no more than 3 days.
