    Checking FPS Ingame

    Press ALT+CTRL+S

    This will bring out a box with all your SETTINGs,RESOLUTION,FPS,ETC

    but u have to hold it...sadly...

            Ah! Thank you Brian. I have the not-so-cheap workaround: I have fraps open all the time

              For all my other games I run MSI Afterburner. It has an app that you can configure what it displays, mine tells me FPS and GPU usage %. Then I can see if my card is the bottleneck or the CPU.

              And no, you don't need an MSI video card for it to work.
