Mouse stuttering

In game it seems like my mouse is constantly stuttering to the right. I can't get on target at all it seems to jump around. Any ideas, Ive tried all differn't Graphics settings and still same issue. I had 1 round where it worked then when the round was over it went back to the small screen, I hit Alt Enter to go full again and the problem started. Ideas?

Mouse works fine in other games I have.....

If you have a joystick it could be interfering, i had to disconnect my joystick to even be able to move my mouse. This game stutters at all game settings. Its a crappy beta and it stutters badly.

I have not had an issue as of yet...I have however had an issue with auto running to the right lol...
