Spamming

New here love the cs:go server, loads of fun...you should put a txt spamming setting in. There seems to be a lot of it.

Looking at the logs I saw a guy spamming:

Yeah I don't think that plug in works. Because I played this morning with some guy who spammed "Cheer!" about 60 times in one round. Which isn't a problem until the game decides to insert a really quirky line like "Kill them all!" or "We wiped the floor with them" every time he said "Cheer!"

I don't think there's a plugin to stop people from spamming the built in voice commands...

FF spamalways indicates last guy alive is AFK.

I banned a guy I saw was constantly spamming FF, FF over and over...

I have no idea why, but he is always bitching to me about FF not being on.

FF is great if your in a match but sucks in public games, and his name was phenoMM, you must have banned the wrong one because as im typing this he is playing lol.

You sir are 100% correct. FF is very problematic in a Pub server, particularly one with 32 players and simply causes more problems than it is worth.

I am looking at dealing with the issue with the molotovs tho, I might be able to we shall see.

I wish people would stop spamming "FF", the server wastes CPU cycles processing the request then replying, so I'll probably disable that plugin.
