Remember to push the server. I like to do so over voice especially at the round end when everyone can hear. I think players are more likely to remember when you talk to them and thank them personally.

Guys he makes a GREAT point!!
I want people to feel welcome and I want our server and Community to stand out...
Please keep saying over Voice, "Welcome to Cain's Lair" like you guys have heard me do a thousand times. Most players have no idea what server they are playing on, so we want to them to favorite us, and come back based on their history.
Also, be active on voice and keep it light and fun...
We had a great time on voice last night, and everybody was laughing their heads off...

Last night Mr Rogers saved my life and I thanked him for it. No sooner had I done so than a T dropped off the roof behind him and killed him. I apologized for not returning the favor. I can not recall his reply but it was funny. (I is old)
