FYI: Known issue with BF4 Beta

Some computers will not complete the download of the BETA

Origin does not know why, but if you are one of the lucky minorities
(see D&G), then you are out of luck

Origin is looking into the issue, and I've seen postings of others having the same
problem , but no fix is in sight at this time.

Would LOVE to play with everyone on the Beta... just not happenin right now.

Sounds like the same issue KP has. This bug has been around for ages. It goes hand in hand with the 'download stops every 10mins and won't resume until you restart origin' bug.

Took much needed R&R... Working 7 days a week really sucks for old people like me.

I'm not trying that fix. I shouldn't have to do so much damn work to get it to work. It's 3 weeks away anyways. I'll have to do that when it inevitably doesn't work on release day.

This fix probably requires changing 1-2 lines of their installation code, and this is the type of bug that public betas are aimed at. I'm totally confident it will be resolved by release day.
