Well I did it. I figured this thing would come in handy on my trips and holy cow this thing is sweet.

I mean it is very nicely designed and put together.

I picked it up from Costco for 589.00 for the wifi model, no cell plan required woohoo.

Congrats, I haven't looked at tablets too much because I carry a huge laptop by choice but it's nice to know that I don't have to turn the the Jobs to get one.

I haven't taken any yet, but ill take some tomorrow and post them. Concerning the iPad and Jobs, this thing just ate his lunch, took his lunch box and whacked him over the head with it.

Sorry it took so long, I put together a video with pics and demo.

So far I really like it. I understand it's a little pricey at $589 but still it's much better than the iPad and iPad2 so I really don't have a problem with the money aspect. It probably would do a lot better if it were around $400 instead.

Online reviews are already dooming the Xoom but I think that's a bit unfair. Motorola has put a lot of bang for the buck in this thing and I'm sure would drop the price after costs were recouped.

Anyway, as I was saying this thing really rocks. The speed is great! The layout is great! I would have to say the hardware is out front of others and it's already got information online for overclocking and success stories of overclocked up to 1.5GHz.

There are some anomalies I seen with some apps like TripCase. This app has an strange screen orientation issue that is probably due to developers not following SDK.

The Amazon Kindle app works flawless and games run smooth.
