    Anti Virus Protection

Need a good Anti virus/spyware/spam/firewall program to protect my new rig. Any suggestions?

    Check out this sticky.
Best anti-virus, spyware, malware - Cain's Lair Forums

I use MWB and MSE along with the free version of AVG on all of my rigs. I also run CC cleaner every week on my laptop and as needed on my desktops.

    Malwarebytes

I think there is a better one now but I still use this one for AV.

I assume you're looking for freeware. If so, Avira is a good choice. If you don't mind paying, check out Eset's Security Suite. It's never missed a virus, has low false positives, and a very low memory profile. I've been using it on my work machines for a couple months now and am very pleased.
