I think its becuase there gonna lower the boom ....i mean price tag on bfbc2 when it comes out and they want it to shine so people that try that game for cheap will be like man this is a solid game...ima go ahead and buy bf3....MARKETING its all about the money you know that

Also, the patch broke many clan tags. As marketing decision, it's best to disappoint those customers with the old product rather than the new one.

Clan tags supposedly work with autologin, now... but I haven't actually tested that yet. I had some { } in mine, so maybe it's broken now. We'll see!

I just left Steam open overnight, and it patched me up automatically. So nice.
