Youtube/Hulu videos not playing/streaming

Hi,

My parents have Win Vista on their laptop, and EVER since upgrading to the recent ver. of Adobe flash (maybe shockwave) anyway, for it to live stream videos....well, it keeps saying they need to upgrade even though they DID upgrade.

I was Googling this, and apparently, you're better off not patching or upgrading, and with Vista, this Adobe situation has always been an issue.

Any feedback, comments? Read some comments on blogs and people have been pulling their hair out about this, and just getting NEW computers with Win 7 on it altogether.

Uninstall/reinstall?

See if you can manually uninstall every file after the automatic install.

After you have tried uninstalling and restarting Try this:

Of course, restart after.
