From a quick googling, Clear seems to start throttling after 10-20GB. For reference, I've used more than that on my cellphone in a month.

It goes by quickly. I was using it for streaming music and a lot of videos in between classes.

I have no idea if Cable Vision has caps. A quick googling says that they don't though.
