    I'm completely destroyed

I just wanted to drop a quick note here on why I haven't been around this week. Last Monday at 11:50 AM my friend was walking down the street. She was walking back to work from a hair appointment when she was randomly and brutally stabbed to death. I've had to sit and watch one of my best friends in the whole world, her husband completely self destruct. I'm totally heartbroken.

I introduced Shannon to my friend Ken. Ken was the officiant at my wedding. I feel as if I've lost my heart. I can barley make it through the day. I almost broke down in a meeting at work. Work has been one of the best things. Santa Cruz is a small town and some of my co workers knew ken from other jobs and work has been really supportive as I run around and help out. For those that want to know more...

And I have to say this as rage eats at me over this act: I hope, if he's convicted, our criminal "justice" system at the very least locks him away for life. There is no reason an animal like this should ever walk the streets of society again. He should not have been out on the first place, according to his records.

Yeah Skud not that it does my friend any good but, this will be his 3rd strike. He's going away. Looking at his record it's just sick to see this guy out walking the street.

Thank you all for your kind words. Be sure to go and hug all of your loved ones

Oh my... that is heartbreaking Mapes.... These unfair events really make me think how random life is and how some hijo de puta can screw your life up and those around you...

I'm speechless, as well I should be. Or I would say something about the rank of these people in hell. But I digress.

So so sorry, Mapes. Sorry, so so sorry, for everyone involved.
