    Computer Is in Service

Hey guys, I haven't been on BF3 in a few days since my computer is being serviced. I took everything down to the bare bone and cleaned it with a few dust cans. Right now I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to properly manage the cables. I got a new desktop though. Someone had an old one that they were going to get rid of. It had a floppy drive on it and had 4 gigs of RAM. This thing is a great collector's piece. Anyway, I should be on BF3 soon.

I clean mine with a small paint brush. It might be the OCD in me but I clean the living hell out of my radiators.

I used to clean mine with Q-tips. Luckily my intake fans have filters on them that are working well.

Air compressors can have moisture in the lines.
            Try a leaf blower.

Yeah I'm back on it now. It wasn't just about managing the dust, it was also about managing the cables. I still can't work well with this Phantom case. Phantom cases suck horribly, but speaking of sucking. I'm hoping to find an anti-static vacuum cleaner instead of wasting money on stupid dust cans that just move the stuff around. I'm sure it would work better on the heat sinks as well. I had to remove an FBI virus from a neighbor's laptop the other day which set me back from putting my room back in order. I should be okay now though. I will see you guys on tonight.

FBI virus - infects in order to extort money

                    Here's a nice description -
                    (Details here http://monroe.patch.com/groups/busin...ents-computers)

"A growing number of people are turning on their computers only to have what looks like an FBI webpage come up and effectively lockdown their machine. Those with a camera on their monitor see live video of themselves seated at their desks, and a message informs them they are in violation of U.S. codes or, worse, that they were involved in criminal activity — typically involving child pornography."

ahh ok. Can't you just put it in safe mode and run an antivirus?
