It definitely does not have nade spam.
For starting out the Thompson is great. The BAR is very good and you can get it fairly quickly. Actually, since Cain has the points way up, you will advance quickly. My favorite load out is the PPSH with the Drum Magazine, Bandoleer, Stopping Power and Steady Aim.
