    St. Patrick's Day

    Like most people I'm not Catholic but I'll gladly accept this holiday!

    So what are your plans?

    I'll be heading down to a group of three bars, one operated by a good friend. I'll be getting there around 3 PM. Yes, that's right. 3 PM. I will not be leaving until about 2 AM. Will I survive? Who knows.

    And no need to ask about safety and all that jazz. The logistics on that have already been planned.

    I'll probalby just pick up some Guinness at the grocery store today and enjoy a couple of those this evening. Need to remember to call Mom too and wish her a happy day (she's from Ireland).

          I celebrated last Saturday so I don't miss work. Probably good seeing as I didn't get up until noon on Sunday then slept the 1.5 hrs home from Philly while our friend drove.

                          St Patrick's day isn't really a big deal for me anymore, because I go to U of Illinois and we have UnOfficIal St patrick's day here, which is a way bigger party because we begin drinking at breakfast with a carbomb.
