I've searched enough...not much in the corporate media, of course. But facts are facts: the man died in a plane crash, he was going to testify on the Rove/Bush election fraud and on the "missing" White House e-mails, he (his wife [remember Valerie Plame/Joe Wilson...Scooter Libby?]) was threatened by Rove, etc., etc. A shady group even before the plane crash..."tin hat" or no "tin hat", just about anybody's got more credibility than the gang in the White House...as we've seen, time and again.

Let's not paint pristine sanctity across the landscape in the name of your bias.

There are always secrets, there are always lies, and there are always black-ops. The Boston Tea Party was a black-op for christs sake.

When you weigh the entire lot against each other- they all balance out the same, except for two things:

1) What public opinion was at that time (re: political correctness)
2) What they were able to keep out of the public eye

Otherwise, the entire system of national security, politics, and the like are always going to be somewhat corrupt looking to those who would not engage or act in certain ways. I am not giving any credibility to those who may have sabotaged the plane. However, what I will say is that the people that protect our country are willing and ABLE to kill for it- and that in itself gives most people limited personal understanding over things- because most people, despite their bravado, would not kill someone - even if they had the gun in their hand and the right to do so.

Thats my view.

My guess is it won't be legalized. Why? Because people could grow it in their own backyards, unlike making beer, wine, liquor (which requires some effort and knowledge). And being able to grow it in one's yard means: no way for the government to tax it!..not that it's more dangerous than alcohol or cigarettes, or that the billions spent on the war or drugs is actually doing anything but putting more inmates behind bars to pay for, or that it will ever eliminate weed (there were more speak easies in New York during prohibition than there were bars before it).

Doesn't matter either way to me, though. I don't see much harm in legalizing it, however. The slackers will always be slackers!
