One of the coolest things I've ever done

While in Hawaii for the Honolulu marathon (my wife ran it) we then had a mini vacation on the Big Isle. We had booked a bunch of scuba boat dives. One of them was a dusk and a night manta ray dive. Sad to say my camera can't handle low light conditions of the night dive but, I got some awesome shots of a Manta Ray with a 15 foot wing span during the dusk dive. Here is the best pic

    [IMG][/IMG]

On the night dive we had 6 Mantas swooping around us.....I'll never forget that for the rest of my life....

Sigh the sad thing is I'm in Colorado Springs...I went from 79 degrees to -1 degree.....doh!

                  Those are truly AMAZING pics!!!

I've always wanted to go scuba diving but after watching that one movie where they were forgotten in the ocean, I don't think I could ever bring myself to do it.

                              awesome!

I was thrilled to see a small ray and some tuna while snorkeling near Cozumel! I would have loved to have seen a giant like that!

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
