No COD or internet for me. My oldest is having surgery on Wed morning. We took him to the hospital tonight and had his blood work done and what not. He's going to have an Osteotomy, they will be breaking the tibia and fibula and straightening them out and resetting them with staples. They are also going to be releasing the tendons in his groin. He will be in casts from his thighs to his toes with a bar between his legs for 2 months.
By having the surgery, we are hoping that it will give him more balance to walk. He's got such tight muscle tone that the muscles have pulled on the bones and turned them so that the shin is not aligned with the knee. Hopefully everything will go as planned.
He knows he's going to have to go through extensive rehab but if he works hard that he can accomplish what he wants.
So for now, the plan is I'm going to stay at the hospital with him and I wasn't quick enough to get a wireless adapter for my laptop. He will be happy though because he can still have his UFC, Wrestling and Nickelback.. lol
