i think that this is TOTAL BS, personally i drink 1-2 monsters a day (a 16oz energy drink) and have for the past 2 yrs, the only adverse affect i have noticed it that im kinda grumpy if i dont get my monster in the morning, same as most people with their coffee, and 1 monster is like 6-7 cups of regular caf coffee

I used to drink energy drinks but, the sugar crash is really really bad with me. I know it's the sugar cause I normally drink like 10 cups a day.
