Ricardo Montalban, the guy who grants all your fantasies, master of midgets, and eugenically enhanced bad guy from Star Trek, died at the ripe old age of 88. Yesterday. Can't believe the news didn't get posted here.

Both The Wrath of Khan and The Space Seed are my favorite Star Trek stories. I think it was back in 1982 just after x mass break and we had gotten a VCR. I set it to tape Star Trek which was on after our bed time. That episode was "The Space Seed" I was a fan of Ricardo Montalban from then on. He will be missed.

Patrick McGoohan also died yesterday. He was in the Prisoner and a number of other things, but most of us would know him as Longshanks in Braveheart.
