South Carolina tries to outlaw ANY use of profanity
I'm gonna make a british guess that the first amendment is freedom of speech lol but i dont think that counts towards offensive language. Over here we have freedom of speech however if your swearing in a public place you can be kicked from a shop or even arrested for "disturbing the peace" if its bad.
If you outlaw profanity than only the outlaws will have profanity
Oh if a man tried to take his time on Earth and prove before he died what one man's life could be worth, well I wonder what would happen to this world ? - Harry Chapin
Arent you guys the ones who argued that it was okay to fly the Confederate Flag? It's okay for that, but not okay to use four letter words as if they were adverbs, nouns and verbs?

If you're using "you guys" to refer to ME specifically or as part of a group, then no. If it's a rhetorical question, that's fine.
I'm not going to say it won't pass, since these laws use to be on most of the books in the southern states. It would highly upset me to see it pass as I don't see if as much as a first amendment issue but a common sense issue. If the country hadn't gotten into this niche of poking their nose in someone else business when they smacked their kid in the mouth for cussing you wouldn't have the problem as bad as it is now, which prompted for such a drastic draft of a legal measure.
As far as the felony thing, I still say all felony on the books should be deleted and start over. Felony are way to overused to try and legislate stupidity.

Im referring to the confederate flag that I thought was over the SC capital until it was brought down over some objections to it being racist and improper.
You guys covers the entire state- not meant to be derrogatory. It's confusing to me that the legislators would want the flag but would like swearing to be a felony.
I've been Alpha and will be Beta testing the Delta Force game. It's been really getting good reviews! Definitely a good Battlefield feel to it like the...
