Not sure 75% is correct, but the number is probably pretty high. If I look at people around me, a huge majority (I would even venture to say that 75% of them) download music illegally. A smaller percentage download movies and apps.
While the saying goes "birds of a feather flock together", I do have a few friends who are not that computer literate (sp?) and still download. Hell, I know a few 70+ year olds who download illegally [insert Apache/Cain/BA age joke here].
