Getting Physically Violent With Video Games

Okay, you guys ever had a friend that went ape crap when they were getting ticked off at a video game they were playing?

I think there were a couple of videos up on Youtube at one time.

But my friend would be an embarassment in public, in fact, I almost swear the staff would call the cops on him for vandalizing. LOL

He was a Street Fighter II junkie.....And when he wou ld be getting his butt kicked.

When he would "Block" he claimed the "Block" wasn't working....you know how when you hold back on the joystick.

But what he would do he'd go ape Shyt and YANK as HARD as he could on the joystick moving the machine, he did this several times while playing.

And I'm like laughing, but thinking "Ooooookay, I don't know this guy"

Anyone with similar experiences?? Anyone YOU know personally?

i usually since stuff like that happened to css players. talking about you being the last 2 man standing, and then u getting killed. the reaction on some people are insane, bashing their headsets on their keyboard or hitting the mouse. i be like wow. some guy had to pay 30$ to steam cafes for a broken mouse.
Hit 'em like comic books, kaboom! pow pow!

        I am that person ....

playing CoD5 is when I get the worst these days, smashing the mouse on the desk, cussing up a storm (not always because of my death, but also as unheard taunts to those I kill), pounding on the F key before the option even appears to respawn
With L4D I often throw my headphones down in disgust of my teammates.

Remember the old NES console? I'd hit it on top of the machine, making the cartridge eject.

Worst I ever done in public was flip off a Donkey Kong machine

one of my mates has a top class computer however his monitor is litterally 2.5 feet in depth i found out why because when he died in wow pvp while i was watching him he punched the monitor so hard it rocked bad and hit the wall behind it and bounced back into position.
hes learnt from experience that modern flat scree monitors are "punny" and cant stand a "small tap" lol

Maybe some work out in the gym would liberate endorphins...

Actually my best friend is that way. He is pretty good at video games, but im way better. Anytime that he and I and some of our friends play some halo it will be the 3 of them versus me and when i still win he throws his controller and screams and goes outside to cool off. I think its pretty funny that he gets so worked up over a video game, but i also understand how competitive he is.

I had a friend in college, we'd be playing Mortal Kombat or some fighting game...and I (being Evil Tony) would pull some passive agressive stuff on him, like provoke him, because I know it annoys him even when we're not even playing video games. I'd be sarcastic.

If he would do a stupid move and screw up, instead of zigging vs. zagging.

I'd go, "Deerrr...Hi I'm <his name> and I like to punch with a tiny jab instead of blocking FIERCE kick....duuuuuuh!!!"

And after a few times of me doing this, he'd throw down the control and turns towards me, take his hands in a jesture like he's going to crush my head like a melon.

And I'm just smilin' at him and then he grabs my forearm to do an indian burn...and I'm crackin' up, because an Indian Burn on a grown adult doesn't hurt.

And I'd THEN say, "Hi...der...I'm <his name>, I like to do indian burns on guys when I'm loosing at Mortal Kombat"

Just to see if his anger would escalate! LOL

I dont get to agressive when playing cod's or any fps game but when im with my buddies playing some madden i flip out when ever i fumble or throw and interception. And when i flip i flip i have a 20" tv that was in my room now in the basement with a controller lodged into it.

I have to agree with Minerva. If you have problems with your temper, working out hard helps to release tension. I love hitting the heavy bag until my arms are to tired to hold up and my stomach hurts.

Vandalism is just not funny. It also shares with the world that you lack sportsmanship and manners, making it difficult for people to even want to even spend time with you.

Those people were ejected from the room at my Fraternity house back in the day-- immediately. No exceptions, get out, No Madden For You Magoo!

Seriously though, you guys who like beating the crap out of machines need to get a girlfriend. They have a way of helping you work the endorphins out

Indeed another endorphin release option, I didn't want to post it but since you mention it...

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
