because, in my experience, they have social quirks that eliminate them from being able to carry jobs in TV and Entertainment.

ALSO- they were the truck babes often, and then someone threw them on the radio to announce give-aways and etc., and then someone said "you know- we get 5 Nielsen points every time she is on." and then it goes from there.
