Well, we learned today my wife is going to get induced on Sunday night. It is a "shock" to us cause we thought it would be a week later, but the Dr. said it was Sunday. So......I guess this time next week, I'll be a dad. Im super excited, but nervous at the same time. Any tips from anyone would be greatly appreciated. I'll post pics when he gets here.

Ranger, Just sit back and enjoy the ride. When you see that little bundle of joy for the first time, the feeling is just not something you can explain. All I can say is just bask in the glow and be proud.
I remember I helped them prep my wifey in the OR prep room with IVs and such before they took her in, since that was as far as I could go in. When they brought the little thing out I was right there at the door and stayed with the nurse as they washed all the goop off her. I can say when I was there watching the nurse bath her for the first time, I was unconsciously counting all her fingers and toes.
Man oh man, was that a moment to remember. Cherish the years! Now my little girl is 19 and isn't such a little girl anymore

Spend every moment you can with your child. They grow up too fast. It seems like yesterday that I was in the delivery room watching my son being born. And now he will be 19 March 27th.
Congrats on the birth and I agree with the others, words can not describe the feeling watching and holding your brand new child.

Thanks for all the advice guys and gals. Im looking forward to it, but not the overnight stay in the hospital while she is in labor. That is going to make for one long night. I just cant wait to see my little guy for the first time. Im sure I'll ball my eyes out.
