There are limits on communication, but I hardly believe that any public office can limit contact from a constituent unless it is proven that he is doing so only be annoying.

They arent going to do themselves any favors if they attack him, because they'd have to change the Constitution of the US in order to attack him.

BTW- I think Jack Thompson is a jackass who needs some mental health hospital time. Despite his moral merits, it's just not acceptable the way he is approaching the problem

He's sending him unsolicited email, in apparently large numbers. He's not sending it as a constituent, I'm not even sure he's a citizen of Utah. He was asked to cease and has not. I'm pretty sure they can charge him for sending spam.
