    Thank A Vet

Veterans Day is this weekend. Please be sure to say 'thank you' to any Vets you know - it means a lot to us.

To all my fellow Vets at the Lair - THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

Double thanks to those vets that don't get to take that day off (all the vets at work are having their annual gripe about this).

          Understood . I'll be working Monday .

I think the kids are out of school here on Monday, few of them will reflect on what the holiday/day off means.

I helped my daughter make a card to give to my Dad on Sunday, thanking him for his service (he's retired US Navy). I can't wait to see his face when she gives it to him, hugs his neck, and says, "Thank you for your service, Pa Pa."

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
