All in all it's a good idea to keep out of your employee's personal lives, imo, unless it's something like government work with certain level of clearances. My cousin just applied for some clearance level and not only will they check his Facebook page, etc, he had to hand over his log ins and passwords for access as well, which makes sense. But for the most part I'm not sure of even how legal it is, course, gotta prove it, heh.
