Heh, I just picked up an 8 million dollar bounty by killing someone 100 levels above me. That dude is going to torch my buildings, and for some reason I can't heal or see the health bars for the ones that are supposed to have them.

I have 543. Even if you go over 501, it still uses the rest of the members

I think I'll stay away from the high bounties for awhile. That dude hit my properties last night for almost 4 million in damage (most due to one office building), and I'm afraid to repair it in the short term for him coming back. I think he got annoyed that a level 14 took him out.
