This is totally bunk. If time was "running out" for our entire universe, there is absolutely no way to detect it from within our universe. It is possible that something is effecting our region of the universe, "slowing" time for us while the majority of the universe chugs along at a faster rate, but the general relativity theory already explains that pretty well. -
