I just had to make this my very first thread post!
Okay...little story for you guys here!
For all of you who get upset that women always get off with warning tickets, your time has come! There is hope for you!
While on our camping trip, we decided to go off in pursuit of some fun with some friends of ours. Driving down the highway, without a care in his head, DougBob meets a CO highway patrol car. We all tell him he needs to make sure he is doing the speed limit, but he says, nah...he knows what he is doing!
Well, he found out what he was doing!
It didn't take long for that highway patrol car to whip around and come after him. About 2 or 3 minutes I would say.
All of us in the car just KNOW he is getting a ticket. Since he says he knows what he is doing, we guess he figures he actually knows what he is doing. So , as all of us sit in the car, waiting for a male patrol officer to come up to the driver's door, our jaws drop to our feet when we find out it's a woman! She asked him where he was going in such a hurry and he told her. She asked for all the "pertinent" information, which he supplied, and then went back to her car to write up the ticket we just "knew" he was getting.
She walks back to the car and tells him she is giving him a "warning" ticket. As we all let out of huge sigh of relief (me in particular), she smiles at him and tells him to have a very nice day!
I know his face is red even now upon reading this, but it was sooo funny! It made his day to know that he can get a warning even at his age and being a man!
