Verizon to nickel and dime customeres out of Droid usability

    This is just plain awesome....

They need to seriously overhaul what cell phone providers can and can't do, as well as what they charge. The US is so far behind other countries in a lot of cases that it's not funny.

Unlimited data with a 5 gb cap? Double the normal termination fee. An additional $45.00 a month for an MS Exchange email with an unlimited 5 gb cap.
I will stick with AT&T where my $30.00 a month unlimited is actually unlimited.

My wife has a data plan for her Crakberry and as far as I know it is unlimited and I have never read anything about a cap. They do charge for tethering so this does not surprise me. If they want to charge too much for their service let them do it AT&T will get more business.

We paid a full price minus a rebate for the Crackberry just so when our contract ends we can jump ship if need be.

I bet, if you check, you will find that all of their smart phones have the same limitations. Or will have in the near future.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
