Smoke Gets In Your Imac: Smoking Near Apple Computers Creates Biohazard, Voids Warranty
I smoked for 5 years, it's been a year since I quit now, and I agree it's a disgusting habit, I agreed while I smoked.
I'm not quite sure that residue in a computer counts as second hand smoke though, it's mostly the "tar" substances that build up on computers, clothing, furniture, etc, in my experience.
The question is, if someone starts a lawsuit...who wins this? America is pretty anti-smoking right now, but then again it's against a big company not providing warrant service.
