I sent this to a co-worker before you posted it. Have you seen pictures of it? It looks a lot like the F-22, to nobody's surprise, but it mixes in elements of the YF-23.
It's not quite as blatant a steal as their Buran shuttle compared to our space shuttle--the nose is much longer and it's got a strange protrusion between the engines that I think masks a passive detection system, but it's pretty close in style. I was thinking they were looking more at reverse wing aircraft because of their manuverability, but they probably haven't perfected the controls needed for them for full combat use yet.
