You work with Unisys at all? We've been in bed with Dell for about 9 years now... buying your stuff, slapping our name on it, and reselling it.

The unisys / Dell relationship is huge... Most of the servers / storage I sell Dell partners with Unisys to Deliver on site support. The OEM relationship Dell has with Unisys is probably pretty huge. They probably have several TSR's, ISR's, and AE's and SC's on their account lol. They probably even have some Dell badged guy in the Unisys building they can throw things at.

Cool! Yeah, Unisys makes a lot of money selling services. I'm on the software side of things though so don't mingle with that a whole lot.

I'm a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. I'm mostly specialized into testing network and network security products. However for the last three years I've been testing high performance NAS products targeted at HPC clients. For example Weta uses us for storage for their render farms. In fact Avatar was rendered on our platform. I actually want to go back to the net security arena because well file systems are kinda boring to me. However until the economy picks up I'll prolly be here. Sigh

I'm an inside Technical Sales Rep at Dell. I work specifically on Enterprise solutions. Most of my job surrounds Servers, Storage and the things that come with them. I work with about 400-500 specific Medium Sized businesses across the US. I work with Bunn ALOT during the day .

And then you spend your nights making him an Uber.

I was a receptionist/file clerk/whatever my boss wanted me to be that day for 4 years at a doctor's office. But the economy and an employee stealing from him ended that back in 2008.

This past November I got a seasonal job lasting until February as an ASR for Canon. Basically, going into Best Buy stores and trying to sell people on Canon products.

Just got the e-mail 2 days ago that they want me to do again from the end of this month through the end of June!

I was a CE troop (Interior Electrician) when I was the AF (Active) and Combat Communications when I was in the ANG. Don't remember the AFSC's for those. Had more fun in combat comm!

I think this was back when they called it the Army Air Corps, though. I just feel that old.
