Ok, so we had a thread recently that evaluated how much we had spent on Steam and what the purchase value was, but how about one which lets folks know how much of your total HD space is taken up by Steam and Steamapps?
I just ran WinDirStat (very cool program to see what you have and what space it takes, I recommend it), and my Steam folder is 118 GB out of about 350GB used on my drive outside of Win 7.
Almost 1/3rd.
Now I have to go picking and choosing what to delete. I like to have about 100 GB open when I can, and right now I've only got 70. I don't want to wipe the steam games, especially those I haven't played yet, or Risen since I bought that on Direct 2 Drive, so it's a treasure hunt.
Can someone explain to me exactly why Ghostbusters of all games requires 10 GB of space?
What's your percentage?
