    Sports

Do you practice any? If you do, which one(S)? How long have you been into it? Why do you do it? If not, do you plan on starting? Feel interested in any in particular? And also why aren't you practicing anything?

I practice a lot of stuff, but mostly individual sports, and I also hate anything that involves a ball. Yes, watching soccer is pretty much what death by torture feels to me. I like hockey though.
I practice Judo, Jiu Jitsu, I run by myself every morning for about 10-15km depending on my mood, I also walk with my mom because she needs to seriously lose weight due to health problems and needs that extra push. I also dance almost everyday, I do some choreographies >__> I'm in a street/hip hop dance group and we compete from time to time. I also do ballroom dancing and belly dancing. I am now also on the cheerleader squad . I used to do boxing, muay thai and tae kwon do, but I stopped because my master moved to another state and I couldn't adapt to others =(.

I have always liked fighting because I think it brings with it a lot of discipline into your life, and also helps you be more centered. I run because it's my therapy. I am totally addicted to it and I feel terrible when I don't run. It's like I'm leaving all my problems behind as I start to get to a further distance. It's also my time to think about life, I don't like throwing water away so I don't do it during shower. I dance because I love dancing, I think it's a great way to express yourself and it's also a lot of fun.

    What about you guys?

I played junior football but my high school did not have team so I wrestled. Then in College I was on the skydiving team which may or may not be considered a sport.

I may not kick as high as I once did but, I can still kick as hard as ever.
Not to mention it is more fun to drive your shin into your opponents shin while he is trying to kick you in the head.

I used to really enjoy Racquetball. Haven't played that much lately In college I played every other day. My first "date" with my fiancee was me teaching her to play. I was going easy so wasn't wearing googles. Then she hit me in the face haha. Was classic i think she felt bad for me

I haven't done as much since high school as I used to....I did Kung Fu for almost 4 years, really wish I hadn't stopped, and not sure where to go around here for it anymore.

I played ice hockey in high school but other than ice skating now and again with friends or an occasional open hockey game I don't do that super often.

Mt. biking with my brother when it's warm and the trails aren't impassible.

Skiing when I get the chance.

MMm no sports here. Most of the stuff I do is

Shooting pistols and bolt action rifles. I'm thinking of getting into the civilian markmanship program. (mostly cause I want to buy an M1 Garand).

                        Scuba diving

                        Sport motorcycles

                        Occasional Archery

Nothing thats really a sport per se. Luckily I'm still fairly fit for an old guy. It must be genetics. Actually it was funny my wifes coworker asked if I worked out. My wife almost choked on her lunch... I think she said "the only time Matt runs is when he pushes the run button on his video game"

I used to play soccer, haven't played in a while though.

Currently i bowl (not really a sport i guess)
and i shoot skeet (again probably not a sport).

I run / use my elliptical / and swim when i get the chance, but thats more for fun than sport.
