    South Korean Navy ship sinking.

The article is relatively new, with not much information. I'm not sure if the ship was really firing at another ship as it was sinking, but the circumstances certainly do not sound good.

That's what I'm thinking...unless the article was posted in a manner more provocative than the incident really is.

            Certainly a concerning matter indeed.

Border clashes, not uncommon up there.

But if it has escalated to ship-to-ship encounters, that is
                most disturbing.

All we can do is keep a close eye on it and hope it was an accident and not an NK torpedo.

It seems that the evidence is pointing to just that. I wonder what actions the South Koreans or the US will take? Can they just continue to look the other way after the North sunk one of their warships?

Now the South is starting to talk about retaliation.

                      http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/8656852.stm

South Korea's defence minister has said those responsible for the deaths of 46 sailors on board a warship that sank after an explosion must "pay a price".
Kim Tae-young promised "punitive action" against "the perpetrators who killed our soldiers."

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
