THIS terrifying video shows a dozy trainspotter just INCHES away from being flattened by a speeding train.
The enthusiast is seen standing dangerously close to train tracks filming an old steam engine at Thurston Station in Suffolk.
But the steam billowing out of the old 'Oliver Cromwell' locomotive blocks out the view of a speeding passenger train heading straight at the man.
And despite a warning shout from a bystander and the train driver honking his horn the man stands oblivious as the train roars right past him.
He then stumbles away in shock — aware that if he was standing a foot to his right — he would certainly be dead.
