Sen. Ted Stevens dead

Former Senator Ted Stevens died in a plane crash in Alaska. He was an amazing guy. He spoke at my high school graduation in Anchorage and I got to shake his hand. He was a very approachable, regular, person. We have lost a very great American.

Although I disagreed with him on most things it is sad to die that way. I will tell you though that I will miss his fiery orations.
