In my country, more of a fear, xonophobia means those who have a dislike/hate of foreigners and attack them (verbally/phisically).

Actually, xenophobia is being scared of foreigners or strange people. So you could apply it to aliens, other nationalities, or other regions for that matter.

yes I saw that, and phobia means fear. But in Spain, when you talk about xenofobia means not only the fear but the refuse.

It is called will power.

Oh that's the main premise, I agree completely that without will power you can't quit smoking, that goes without saying in my opinion. I was just pointing out that apparently nicotine also chemically affects your brain.
