Sorry if I can't trust something on PETA's website to be impartial. I'm all for giving people chances, but that's like asking Microsoft if their software is secure. Besides, Eating meat is by no means explicitly linked to factory farming. Tying in eating meat with factory farming only makes it guilty by association. Anyways, that's a debate for another day and another time.

As for my ribs, I love them wet, but I also dry-rub them beforehand. The sauce, imo, makes them.

I use a dry rub first also.

Dry pretty much implies a dry rub.

Dripping wet...we'll go ahead and drink the sauce or sop it with some bread. You aren't really tasting the ribs. Might as well put the sauce on some dog food. :P

I love any meat though we don't eat much red meat at home. The girls are not really that fussed about it.

The best meat I ever had was wild venison that fed on the heathers in Scotland. It puts everything I have had before or since to shame.

OMG, I am almost drooling here and it's raining so no BBQ today.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
