Judging by the CNN picture, everything. There isn't a single part of her shown in that picture (and almost certainly not shown) that doesn't look fake or otherwise surgically altered. Even down to the nails and every possible feature on her face.

My wife has a theory that Hef has a standard pre-nup that he just crosses off the last name to add the new wife. I don't know why he would still keep getting married when he's with three at once and so forth.

Look, I'm all about second chances. If this poor, delusional lady made some ill-advised choices and had these operations in her younger years...well, I don't think she deserves to be shunned for it.
