    Nook Color

I received mine yesterday and best of all, it did not cost me any money.
I bought one for my wife for her birthday, in April. I have been wanting one too but, resigned myself to having to wait until my birthday.
Then I remembered my American Express Card has points. I checked and they have the Nook Color and I had more than enough points. It was delivered yesterday and I am already using it. With the 1.2 update it now has email, apps, weather, games and more. It also contains support for Flash Player.
And best of all, with the Nook Color I can read in the dark without a light. The touch screen is great too. It will also hold over 3,500 books. And yes I will probably fill it up.
If you are looking for an ebook check out the Nook Color.

Nice Apache, especially the cost of it, that is the best!

And I have no doubts you will fill it, as we say here in Spain, you are a reading monster !!

      Sweeeeet!

I love those AmEx points. I usually cash mine in for gift cards just before Christmas... get a few hundred $ worth of $25 gift cards to pass out for presents.

Can't beat the price. My wife has a nook color I bought her last month for her b-day. I'm on a Kindle 3rd gen she got me for Christmas. I need the e-ink to help preserve what's left of my eyesight.

Some libraries do loan e-books. Also, anything in the public domain is free.

I have a Kindle. I prefer the e-ink. Can't read for long periods on a typical screen.

It is an ebook and is smaller than a tablet but, bigger than a phone.

Same here... prior to getting my Kindle I used the Kindle app on my Blackberry. It was great but after a couple of hours would get a very bad headache. No issues with the Kindle, read for probably five hours last night.
